Document Controller - Welwyn
Temporary - Full time position
On - site working with the possibility for occasional remote working
As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining project documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance. You will support project teams by organising, tracking, and distributing documents efficiently across all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control the flow of documents for construction projects.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored.
Maintain document logs and registers using document control systems.
Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Assist in audits and quality assurance processes.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure document control procedures are followed.You will need:
Proven experience in a document control role, preferably within the construction industry.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
