We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused Studio Coordinator / Junior Studio Manager to support the smooth daily operation of a premium personal training studio in Mayfair. The Company: This boutique training studio, founded by an industry expert with over 15 years’ experience, blends the art of movement with the science of strength training. Known for delivering personalised, progressive and results-driven programmes, the studio works with high-net-worth individuals, business leaders and high-profile performers. With a team of specialist trainers, nutritionists and rehabilitation professionals, the studio is dedicated to creating an elevated client experience and a supportive, ambitious team culture. As the business continues to grow, we’re expanding our leadership team with someone who wants to develop their career in studio operations and management. The Basics: ● Salary: £28k-£32k performance based incentives ● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum) ● Perks include: free use of space off peak, access to HNWI's, growth pathways and a supportive, people-first working environment. Key Responsibilities: Studio Operations: Act as a trusted key holder, supporting coaching staff with opening and closing the studio Ensure the space is always guest-ready (towels, refreshments, equipment, ambience) Support trainers during busy periods to maintain a seamless flow Client Experience: Be the first point of contact for all clients: greeting, calls, emails and bookings Support onboarding, consultations and follow-up communication Maintain thoughtful, personalised touches that reflect a premium service standard Scheduling Administration: Manage the studio calendar using MindBody Online (training provided) Coordinate bookings and trainer schedules with accuracy and efficiency Assist with invoicing and liaise with finance where required Team Support: Communicate daily updates between trainers and management Help prepare briefing notes and assist with team organisation Contribute to a positive, professional and collaborative studio culture The Person: Experienced in a premium fitness, hospitality or customer-facing environment Organised, dependable and confident taking ownership Friendly, articulate and comfortable interacting with high-profile clients Familiar with booking systems like MindBody Online (or keen to learn) Passionate about health, fitness and personal growth Looking for your first step into studio or team management Your recruiter for this role is Izzy Roberts, Senior Recruiter at Jobs In.
