You'll be: Building relationships with schools across Greater Manchester Generating new business through outreach, networking and client meetings Managing the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing candidates to placing them Achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets with full support from your team Learning from experienced, high-performing consultants who started where you are Your Training - The Impact Academy Our award-winning training programme will equip you with the knowledge and tools to succeed in a sales-driven recruitment role.
