This newly created position follows a significant acquisition that has further strengthened their presence in the region and supports their ongoing growth trajectory.

Duties and responsibilities to include:
* Plan, execute and finalise audit engagements – including managing budgets and deadlines
* Act as the primary point of contact for client finance teams – discussing audit findings and building strong business relationships
* Review the work of assistants and juniors within the team – providing detailed constructive feedback and conducting vital on-the-job training
* Identify audit risks by evaluating internal controls and performing substantive testing on complex areas
* Identify opportunities to add value to clients beyond core audit work
* Prepare statutory financial statements and detailed audit reports
* Present audit findings to Management with recommendations as required
Person Specification:
* ACA / ACCA Qualified
* Experience of working within Audit in professional practice
