Position: Business Support Officer

Pay: £12.80 per hour (£24,960.00 per annum)

Location: YMCA Norfolk Offices, Aylsham Road, Norwich, with an element of home working

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours per week: 37.5 hours

YMCA Norfolk is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Business Support Officer to power our Wellbeing & Therapeutic Services team. This is more than just an admin role its your chance to be part of a passionate team supporting mental health and wellbeing across Norfolk.

What Youll Be Doing:

* Be the backbone of our Professional Therapeutic Pathway (PTP) project, ensuring smooth data processing and top-notch admin support.
* Keep our systems running like clockwork from managing inboxes to maintaining accurate records in INFORM.
* Help process invoices, and assist with national data submissions.
* Be a key player in organising meetings, ordering supplies, and keeping our team energised and ready to deliver.
* Collaborate with providers, send out surveys and GP letters, and help us measure the impact of our services.

What We're Looking For:

* A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* A whizz with data and admin, with a sharp eye for detail.
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities.
* A team player whos tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* A commitment to excellence, integrity, and making a difference.

Bonus Points If You Have:

* Experience in the voluntary sector.
* Familiarity with YMCA Norfolk systems like Y-Net, People HR, and INFORM.
* Knowledge of Mental Health Services Data Sets (MHSDS).
