B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Great Western Road, Clevedon!
This is a permanent, part-time role working 20 hours per week, and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings, and at weekends.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area, ensuring that our team delivers the best service for our customers!
You will also:

2. Ensure colleagues demonstrate appropriate behaviors in the checkout area
3. Provide colleagues with the necessary skills and knowledge
4. Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
5. Operate and deliver processes that meet all legal requirements
6. Merchandise the store to create a welcoming environment that also drives sales and profitability
7. Protect and safeguard the company's assets

It is essential that you have the following:
1. Experience supervising or managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment
2. Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
3. A flexible approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude
4. The ability to think quickly on your feet
