Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will oversee and manage daily administrative operations, including organizing office activities, managing office equipment, and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to team members, facilitating clear and professional communication with clients, and delivering high-quality customer service. Ensuring the efficient running of the office and assisting with any other administrative tasks will also be key duties in this dynamic role.
Qualifications
Experience in administrative assistance and office administration duties
Hands-on knowledge of managing office equipment and operating relevant tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and clients effectively
Exceptional customer service abilities and a client-focused mindset
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in office software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with financial or professional services industry is a plus
