Your Role: As our Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our tenants and customers via the telephone —providing housing advice, resolving enquiries, and supporting our headquarters team. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering a first-time resolution approach across the telephone with additional support required via our other channels: email, social media and in person Logging all communications via in our in-house system Processing payments and supporting administrative tasks Assisting with facilities management and post services What You’ll Bring: Experience in customer service and working within a team Strong communication skills, especially in challenging situations Understanding of data protection What are our benefits?
