We are recruiting for an Assistant General Manager for a leisure brand with over 30 sites in the UK. The role involves managing daily operations, safety, brand standards, staffing, training, development, financial compliance, and food & beverage operations. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic environment.
What do we need from you?
* At least 2 years’ management experience in Leisure/Hospitality
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to think on your feet
* Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team
* Approachable attitude towards customers and staff
The Package
* Full-time role, 42.5 hours per week
* Working days include Monday to Sunday, with 1 in 3 weekends off
* Salary up to £29,600
* Performance-related bonuses
