The successful candidate will:
* Collaborate with orthopaedic consultants in a variety of settings, including inpatient wards and outpatient departments.
* Lead and deliver nurse-led clinics to support patients in their post-operative recovery.
* Use and help shape digital platforms to improve communication, monitoring, and follow-up care for orthopaedic patients.
* Contribute to audits, and participate in teaching to ensure our service remains evidence-based and forward-thinking.
* Play a key role in the ongoing evaluation and refinement of our digitally enabled pathways.
The successful candidate will have:
* Significant experience in elective orthopaedics.
* Proven ability to work independently and manage a specialist caseload.
* Strong IT skills and confidence in using digital tools in clinical practice.
* A working knowledge of digital health platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and delivering outstanding care.
