E & M Talent Partners are currently supporting a global powerhouse in the refigeration space who due to growth are looking to add an outgoing, confident Sales Representative to their team. This role is ideal for someone with demonstrable experience in telesales, account management - refrigeration experience is not essential as full training will be provided. As a Sales Representative, you will be part of a consultative team who specialise in B2B sales of refrgieration equipment and associated products. You will be tasked with increasing sales, gaining market share and consulting with customers on product requirements. Duties: 1. Pproactively develop and grow sales with your target customers. 2. To build business relationships with these customers in order that they fully understand the products that you sell. 3. To promote and develop increased sales of refrigeration equipment 4. To build a strong pipeline of quotes which are converted to orders o 5. To work as a key member of the Internal Sales Specialist team and to support all members of the team to achieve the company goals. 6. To identify and pass on sales opportunities for other areas of the business 7. To attend regular sales meetings as organised by your line manager. 8.
