* Act for investors, developers, landlords, and occupiers on commercial acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management.
* Lead on lease negotiations, development agreements, and strategic land deals.
* Manage and grow key client relationships with commercial awareness and autonomy.
* Coach and develop associates to deliver consistent, technically excellent client service.
What We’re Looking For
* 10+ PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor / Partner / Legal Executive.
* Demonstrable track record of handling complex transactions and leading client relationships.
* Commercially minded, pragmatic, and confident operating at partner level.
* Strong leadership qualities with a focus on mentoring and growth.
* A following or referrable network would be advantageous but not essential.
