Mackay currently has an exciting career opportunity for a fulltime Service Coordinator to join our busy team in our Crawley, UK location. Mackay offers on-the-job training, an attractive salary based on experience as well as a competitive benefit package.
Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by quickly responding to customer enquiries and/or requests for onsite repairs via email or by telephone as well as promoting Mackay's services and locations.
* Dispatches technicians to sites in and around the UK.
* Keeps the customer informed and presents them with a "positive complete service experience" on every job.
* Keeps technicians informed of any changes to the vessel schedule or work to be performed.
* Works with the inventory team to make sure that the spare parts are available and set aside for each job.
* Responsible for invoicing, recordkeeping, and other general administrative duties.
* After hours/weekend call rotation.
Service Coordinator Qualifications:
* Experience in service coordination or similar role is preferred but not required.
* Education to GCDE & A-Level preferred or relevant industry experience.
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential.
* Strong client service mentality.
* Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills in English is required.
* Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
