Location: Ashford
Pay Rate: £ per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: One Week
Days: Monday to Thursday
Hours: 13:00 – 23:00
Requirement: You must drive – this is essential and non-negotiable.

About the Residential Support Worker Role
This temp-to-perm Residential Support Worker position is ideal for someone who wants a rewarding and meaningful role supporting young people in a residential environment. You will work within a committed team to ensure that each young person receives exceptional care, guidance and consistency throughout the day and evening.
Key Responsibilities of the Residential Support Worker
* Provide high-quality care, supervision and emotional support for young people
* Build positive, trusting relationships while promoting independence
* Support daily routines, evening activities and personal development
* Maintain a safe and structured environment following safeguarding procedures
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent, person-centred care
Residential Support Worker Requirements
* A full UK driving licence – essential
* Experience supporting children or young people (residential care, SEN, youth work or similar)
* Strong communication skills, resilience and a nurturing nature
* Ability to commit to the set working pattern (Mon–Thu, 13:00–23:00)
