Hollywood Primary School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead SEN Teacher to join our inclusive and supportive team. About the Role Lead the provision for 10 children across KS1 and KS2 within our Nest, designed for pupils who find mainstream classrooms challenging. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs (PPA time provided). Ensure the classroom is prepared for learning before pupils arrive each day and ready for the next day before leaving. Work collaboratively with the wider school team and attend staff meetings. Manage and support two Teaching Assistants, fostering a positive and effective learning environment. What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN). Strong leadership and organisational skills. A proactive, flexible approach and commitment to the school community. Passion for supporting children with diverse needs and helping them achieve their potential.
