Electrical Engineering Team Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and allocate resources within the Electrical Engineering team
* Ensure engineering quality, safety and compliance across all deliverables
* Define system-level electrical architectures and produce schematics & documentation
* Specify electrical components and generate manufacturing packages
* Support integration, commissioning, and fault-finding activities
* Contribute to safety reviews (HAZOP, FMEA, SIL etc.)
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and present to stakeholders
Electrical Engineering Team Manager
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
* Strong industrial electrical design experience (control panels, wiring, instrumentation)
* Knowledge of BS7671:2018 & EN 60204
* Functional safety experience (EN 61511)
* PLC systems – ideally Siemens
* ATEX experience beneficial
* Hands-on testing and problem-solving ability
* Able to travel internationally when required
