We’re working with a leading organisation that’s undergoing a major global SAP S/4HANA transformation on a Business Analyst opportunity. This role is key to shaping processes, gathering requirements, and aligning stakeholders and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise requirements for the SAP S/4HANA implementation. Analyse current (“as-is”) processes and design optimised (“to-be”) processes aligned with SAP best practices. Act as a liaison between business users, SAP consultants, and technical teams. Support configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and defect resolution activities. Contribute to change management, training, and communication to ensure smooth adoption. Provide insights and recommendations to maximise the value of S/4HANA for the business.Skills & Experience Proven track record as a Business Analyst on large-scale ERP projects, ideally SAP S/4HANA. Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with business process mapping and documentation tools. Familiarity with testing, data migration, and cutover activities in ERP programmes.
