The Role
Following a comprehensive Learning & Development induction programme designed to set you up for success, you will manage a mixed residential caseload tailored to your experience level, including:

You will have access to modern systems and operational support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client service.
The bonus structure offers the opportunity to earn between £12,000-£15,000 per annum on top of your base salary.

About You
To be considered, you will need:

* A minimum of 2 years' conveyancing experience managing your own caseload
* Strong technical competence across residential transactions
* A genuine passion for delivering excellent client service
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers, legal executives, and experienced non-qualified conveyancers are all encouraged to apply.
