Theyre now seeking a confident, highly skilled Legal Secretary to join their busy Disputes team.
What does this role offer:
* Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
* Prime Liverpool Street location
* Competitive salary up to £53k-£57k DOE
* Close-knit team with a strong reputation
Key Responsibilities:
* High-level support to fee earners in the Disputes team
* Document production and amending legal correspondence
* Diary and inbox management
* Coordination of travel and meeting arrangements
* Opening new matters and client onboarding
* Billing and time recording
* Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
What were looking for:
* Minimum 5 years continuous experience in Disputes/Litigation
* Proven track record at a top City or US law firm
* Strong understanding of litigation processes and terminology
* Professional, proactive and highly organised
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
