Salary: £120 – £180 per day (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teachers to work in vibrant and inclusive primary schools across Grimsby.

As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a central role in preparing pupils for the next stage of their education. You’ll deliver engaging and challenging lessons, foster critical thinking, and support pupils in developing essential academic and personal skills in a supportive classroom environment.
Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher Responsibilities:
Deliver well-structured and engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities
Assess and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Foster pupils' independence, resilience, and enthusiasm for learning
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
Uphold school policies, including behaviour management and safeguarding
Participate in school events and contribute to the wider school community
What we need from a KS2 Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 national curriculum
Recent experience teaching in a KS2 setting is desirable
Effective classroom management and clear communication skills
A creative, positive, and child-centred approach to teaching
Updated CV and Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
