We are currently recruiting for a highly reputable dealership looking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Bodyshop Manager to lead their busy bodyshop team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage daily operations, optimise workshop performance, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of up to £60,000 with an on target earnings of £78,000

Monday to Friday working hours, 7:00AM to 5:00PM

Duties:

Oversee the daily running of the bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity

Manage and mentor workshop control staff and technicians, fostering a high-performance team

Liaise with insurance companies, customers, and suppliers to coordinate repairs and ensure smooth communication

Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise workshop profitability

Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to within the workshop

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or Workshop Controller within a busy automotive environment

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, insurance companies, and team members

A good understanding of body repair processes and workshop management systems

Full UK driving licence
