Your Responsibilities
As our Building Services Manager, you will be a key player in our Mechanical, Electrical, and Technology team. Your role will involve:
* Leading the design process for all building services, showcasing your expertise in MEP systems and ensuring their seamless integration and performance.
* Managing and mentoring a talented team of engineers and designers, while fostering effective communication with clients, architects, and contractors.
* Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards, while promoting sustainable design solutions.
* Identifying and resolving technical challenges during the design and construction phases.
* Providing strategic direction to grow the team and establish collaborative, commercially effective relationships.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You are a Chartered Engineer and a member of CIBSE or IET, with a degree in Mechanical Building Services or Electrical Engineering.
* You have significant experience and a proven track record in managing multi-discipline technical teams, driving sustainable performance against challenging targets.
* You possess a high level of knowledge in your discipline, along with proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Cymap, Amtech, NBS, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP.
