About the Role
We are currently looking to hire a Part-Time Key Stage 1 (KS1) Intervention Teaching Assistant for a long-term position. In this role, you will collaborate with our KS1 students, delivering focused support and interventions to enhance their learning and development. Working alongside class teachers and SENCO, you will implement personalized interventions, monitor student progress, and provide feedback to aid their ongoing growth and achievement.
Key Skills, Experiences & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
● Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, ideally within Key Stage 1.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and support their individual needs.
● A patient and empathetic approach, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
● The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community.
● Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development are desirable but not essential.
