This is a career-building management role for a technically minded professional who can take responsibility for the planning, engineering, and on-site delivery of installation projects ensuring each one meets NSI Gold standards for quality, safety, and compliance. Based from the Lincolnshire head office, youll coordinate teams, contractors, and engineers nationwide. Youll make key technical and delivery decisions, ensure seamless handovers, and help drive operational improvements as the company continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the technical delivery of fire and security system installations across the UK Manage project planning, stock readiness, subcontractors, and site delivery Ensure all work meets NSI Gold and industry standards for safety and quality Oversee the installation of CCTV, access control, intruder, and fire detection systems Support the planning and helpdesk teams with scheduling and system setup Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and subcontractors Drive process improvement and efficiency across the installation function About You Experienced in managing fire and security installations, ideally £5m annually Strong technical understanding of CCTV, access control, intruder, and fire detection systems Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Competent managing teams, subcontractors, and multi-site delivery Full UK driving licence with flexibility for UK-wide travel and site visits Knowledge of NSI Gold standards or similar compliance frameworks Desirable: experience using CRM or job management software, and a track record in operational development or continuous improvement.
