Join Our Team as a Sous Chef
We love real cooking, and so do our customers. Our approach is fresh, customer-led, and uses high-quality ingredients. As a Sous Chef, you'll be the Head Chef's support, leading and engaging the kitchen team to deliver excellent service across 14 shifts weekly.
1. Lead shifts, ensuring the kitchen operates effectively and safely.
2. Maintain high standards in stocks, Health & Safety, Hygiene, and food quality, ensuring all dishes go out on time and on-spec.
3. Uphold 5-star kitchen standards and attention to detail.

What You Bring
* Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager seeking career growth
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills
* Proactive work ethic, leading from the front
* Relentless drive and problem-solving attitude
* Familiarity with KPIs, decision-making in absence of Head Chef, and managing labour, stock, and food safety
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
* Knowledge of rota scheduling, sales, labour forecasts, and HR practices
* Experience in training and recruiting kitchen staff
