The Role:
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you'll be a key part of our kitchen team, helping to prep, cook, and plate up high-quality dishes across all sections. You'll have the chance to learn and grow while contributing your ideas and passion for food.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the head chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Learn and develop skills
Uphold food hygiene and safety standards
About You:
Previous kitchen experience (ideally in a pub or bistro setting)
Passionate about fresh food and seasonal cooking
Eager to learn and develop new skills
A team player with a positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and organised
