About the Role
As the new Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
* Guide clients through our curated collections and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of luxury accessories and fashion
* Build and maintain genuine, long‑lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints
* Stay ahead of trends in accessories, leather goods, and emerging designers
* Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium products, including handbags, footwear, and small leather goods
* Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends.
