We are now looking for an Assistant Administrator to join the team at our Worcester office, i f you are a proactive and motivated individual looking to make a significant impact in a leading consultancy firm, we would love to hear from you. The Role: Making outbound B2B calls to our clients to collect the necessary documentation to process Capital Allowance claims Carrying out administration tasks on a daily basis Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Deliver exceptional service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable client experience Ideal candidate: Experience in a similar Admin role ideal but not essential (full training will be given) Self-motivated, professional and a team player Ab le to build and develop excellent relationships with clients Confident and polite phone manner Reliable and resilient & able to work on their own, as well as part of a dynamic team Lots of energy, an enthusiastic approach and the desire to be the best!
