Business Training and Communication Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Business Training and Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP S4 Hana / ECC, Ariba Guided Buying, excellent communication skills, and prior experience as a Super User or Trainer. This role is essential in developing and delivering training and communications programs that support the Solventum deployment of SAP S4 Hana.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Development and Delivery:
* Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on SAP S4 Hana.
* Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
* Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring they gain a thorough understanding of SAP S4 Hana functionalities.
Communication and Education:
* Develop clear and effective communication strategies to promote training programs and initiatives.
* Facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate employees on best practices and new features of SAP S4 Hana systems.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees, addressing any questions or concerns related to SAP S4 Hana systems.
Super User and Trainer Experience:
Leverage prior experience as a Super User or Trainer to provide expert insights and practical knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Skills:
* Experience in developing learning modules.
* Familiarity with other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand training materials.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
* Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana / ECC and Ariba Guided Buying.
* Proven experience as a Super User or Trainer in SAP systems.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
