Maths Teacher - Permanent, full time role starting October 2025 (or sooner if available) - Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Maths Teacher required for popular, well run Good school in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Permanent post paying MPS 1-6 or UPS 1-3 for those past threshold. Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and challenging maths lessons to students in KS3 & 4
* Continue the school's pursuit of excellence and high academic ability
* Monitor and track students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement
* Benefit from the resources of a well funded school
* Maintain effective communication with parents, sharing updates on students' progress and achievements
* Full time role Monday - Friday 8:30 - 3:30pm offered on a permanent basis from September
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent experience in Mathematics
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics education
* Experience teaching maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 is desirable
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with students and colleagues
* Innovative and creative approach to inspire students' curiosity and love for maths
* Commitment to supporting the school's values and ethos of academic excellence and inclusivity
