Key Responsibilities of the Drama Teacher:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages.
* Encourage students to develop their creativity, confidence, and teamwork skills through drama and performance.
* Organise and support school productions, performances, and extracurricular drama clubs.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Drama curriculum and cultural activities.
Requirements for the Drama Teacher role:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching Drama at secondary level.
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire creativity in students.
* Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
