Responsibilities Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation for residential projects. Assist with design assessments and selection of relevant building materials in line with project briefs. Collaborate with surveyors and property teams to ensure accurate site data and survey information is incorporated into designs. Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and external consultants to ensure design feasibility and compliance. Maintain design standards and ensure all drawings meet company and industry regulations. Support the planning and approval process through preparing detailed submissions and liaising with authorities. Requirements Proven experience as an Architectural Technician within the housebuilding sector. Strong knowledge of property surveying and relevant building regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
