PART TIME 20 hours – 10.00am to 14.00pm
£12.00 – £14.00 per hour DOE

We are recruiting an ADMIN COORDINATOR to cover a holiday period for our client.
This client is newly located in Poundbury.
You will be a confident administrator who can hit the ground running.
Completing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business in the absence of the team member on holiday. Some of the duties but not limited to:
1. Taking new telephone enquiries and scheduling appointments.
2. Speaking with customers with bookings to update them with any changes and to confirm our arrival movements
3. File any job sheets and quotation sheets as required.
4. Monitoring the Company Email inbox, Checkatrade, Google Advertising Accounts for new enquiries, scheduling and responding accordingly.
5. Upload photos and content required for social medias
6. Update and maintain Databases / Spreadsheets as and when required
You will have:
7. Strong administration experience
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
9. Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
10. Computer literature with experience of using all MS Office Programmes
11. Eye for detail and good attention to detail
