Together, weembrace high science, design and innovation within a people-focusedculture, to spark bold ideas that break down barriers and inspirechange.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: At BOLDSCIENCE no two days are the same and our Account Managers play anactive, busy hands-on role providing day to day project management acrosstheir accounts. Some typical activities include:Take ownership of project & financial deliverables.Coordinate project activities and delegate tasks across the teamEstablish and administer project management processes in order to stayon top of all project-related details including timelines and budgetsOversee and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful effectiveproject executionLiaise effectively with third party suppliersDevelop strong working relationships with the client and assumeday-to-day contactLead internal and external meetings where appropriateWork alongside the team to ensure that the client receives appropriatestrategic, creative & digital planningDemonstrate a solid understanding of the environmental factors andscientific/medical information that influence the client’s therapeuticarea(s)Create budgets and assist with the development of monthly financialreportsEnsure quality control standards and compliance guidelines are metMentor junior level team members and adopt a coaching approach to ensurethat they feel supportedKeep senior staff apprised of key client informationSupport senior team members on new pitches and attend F2F pitchpresentations when requiredWith assistance from senior team members, generate ideas & proposalsfor new projectRequired Qualifications:3+ years’ experience within Medical CommunicationsSolid understanding and experience working within the pharmaceuticalindustryMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree preferred in science, pharmacology ormedicineEffective project manager with experience developing and managingproject timelinesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyGood financial acumen with experience creating budgetsExcellent communication skills and ability to develop strongrelationships both internally and externallyLocation – Remote in the US and UK Show more Show lessTagged as: remote, remote job, virtual, Virtual Job,virtual position, Work at Home, work from home
