As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers and listen to their needs and concerns
Provide customers with estimates for services needed
Schedule appointments for customers
Inspect vehicles and document findings
Explain services and repairs to customers
Advise customers on preventative maintenance and additional services
Follow up with customers after service is completed
Requirements:
1+ consecutive years of advising experience
Knowledge of DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
