The Opportunity You will deliver innovative, dynamic, and responsive teaching to meet the needs of our Art and Design students. Your role includes maintaining strong industry links, developing collaborative activities with industry partners, contributing to departmental research, and enhancing students’ employability in the creative industries. Through engaging teaching, learning, and assessment, you will ensure students gain an in-depth understanding of key subjects. About You You’ll have a strong background in vocational art and design education and a deep understanding of teaching technical skills. Experience of working with students at levels 1 and 2 is essential. You’ll have excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to teamwork. As an experienced coordinator, you will help develop new strategies to enhance teaching quality. A degree in Fine Art or a related discipline, and a Level 5/6 teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) or progress towards it, are required.
