About the Client Services Associate role:
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our Client Services team in our Peterborough office. This role is a permanent full-time contract for 37.5 hours per week, working Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 each day.
The role would suit an individual who has some previous experience of working in an environment where they have delivered outstanding customer service, either face to face or via the phone.
You will receive incoming main line calls and new business enquiries for all Buckles branch locations. Delivering an exceptional experience for all external and internal clients. Overseeing the client services process and working with various teams to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
The successful Client Services Associate will be the voice of Buckles and provide an excellent client experience and have good, consistent knowledge of the firm.
Key responsibilities and duties in the position:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal clients with respect to client service initiatives.
• Develop relationships with repeat clients.
• Verify that all documentation received from the client complies with regulatory and compliance standards and firm-wide AML (anti money laundering) guidelines.
• Work closely with the Compliance team in relation to the process of obtaining client Know Your Client “KYC” documentation to ensure adherence to all compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.
• Liaising with clients as necessary during the client services process to gather KYC documentation, and ensure the appropriate legal documentation is in place including regulatory information.
• Work with various teams to track that the client services process has been completed, including ensuring that the relevant lawyers have completed their part of the process.
• Regularly update our client services processes to ensure we are maximising efficiencies.
• Complete initial client consultation and conflict check to gather more specific information.
• Filter website enquiries to ensure new client matters are referred to the relevant team, ensuring that we have responded within set KPIs.
• Data capture and entry into the appropriate software packages.

• Proven experience of delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools.
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
