As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you’ll be a key player in our mission to help UK businesses thrive. With warm leads at your fingertips and a game-changing solution in your toolkit, you’ll be driving real impact every single day.


Your Role:

As a BDA, you’ll manage the full sales journey from initial contact to closing the sale. You’ll work with warm leads, uncover client needs, deliver tailored online demonstrations, and close deals that add value to both the client and HS Direct.


Key Responsibilities:

* Engage Warm Leads: Build instant rapport with inbound prospects, delivering a professional and personalised experience.
* Own the Full Sales Cycle: From first call to signed contract you’ll manage it all, ensuring a smooth, high-quality client journey.
* Understand Client Needs: Listen closely, ask the right questions, and match HS Direct solutions to real-world business challenges.
* Lead Online Demonstrations: Confidently present our services in compelling, client-focused demos that drive decision-making.
* Manage Your Pipeline: Keep opportunities up to date in our CRM and stay on top of your sales activity like a pro.
* Smash Your Targets: Hit and exceed KPIs and performance goals and earn big while doing it.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales leadership, and client support to drive alignment and results.
