Your Psychology degree has already given you a head start — understanding behaviour, empathy, communication, and resilience are exactly what schools value most. As an LSA, you’ll use those insights every day:
Supporting pupils with social, emotional, or learning needs
Helping teachers create calm, inclusive classrooms
Applying your understanding of behaviour and motivation to real-life learning
