Tax Manager
Location: Lincolnshire (multiple office locations available) Working Pattern: Hybrid Salary: up to £55k + excellent benefits
Reed Finance are proud to be partnering with a well-established Lincolnshire-based organisation to recruit an experienced Tax Manager. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage tax compliance across the business
* Prepare self-assessment and capital gains tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, and partnerships
* Manage and review tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Produce trust accounts and oversee trust administration processes
* Maintain and manage trust and estate records with HMRC
* Build and manage relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including non-finance teams
About You
* Proven experience in a tax-focused role, ideally at management level
* Strong technical understanding of current tax legislation
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
