Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a global pharmaceutical company and we are actively seeking a Quality Validation Associate to join the business on a permanent basis in Hatfield.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the qualification and validation of electronic laboratory systems, manufacturing equipment, and software to ensure compliance with GMP and company standards.
Maintain validated state of electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) and QC laboratory systems, including TrackWise or equivalent platforms.
Generate, review, and execute validation documentation, including Validation Master Plans (VMP), URS, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and Validation Summary Reports (VSR).
Manage change control, deviations, CAPA, and quality records in line with regulatory and corporate requirements.
Support system upgrades, new software implementations, and process changes, ensuring proper testing and re-validation as required.
Monitor and enforce user access, data integrity, and compliance across all laboratory and quality systems.
Collaborate with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure electronic systems operate efficiently and remain audit-ready.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, recommending and implementing enhancements to systems and validation processes.
Assist in training staff on quality system procedures, electronic systems, and compliance requirements.
Support preparation for internal and external audits by providing system documentation, reports, and validation evidence.
