Identify and report on system defects, pipe condition, structural issues, misconnections, and design problems within underground drainage networks. Produce accurate site drainage plans, ensuring all defects and configuration issues are clearly mapped and cross‑referenced with CCTV data. Communicate professionally with customers on site, providing clear explanations and maintaining excellent service standards.
