Our client, a boutique Scottish law firm, is seeking a newly qualified Solicitor to join its team, primarily based in Caithness in the Highlands, with the possibility of working from Edinburgh. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for an NQ or someone with up to two years’ PQE to develop their skills within a supportive and professional environment.
The successful candidate will work across corporate and commercial property matters, supporting a varied client base and gaining hands-on experience in transactional work. The firm is known for delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.
Main responsibilities will include:
1. Providing legal advice and support on corporate and commercial property matters.
2. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and other legal documentation.
3. Managing transactions while ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
4. Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal services.
5. Supporting colleagues and contributing to business development and the firm’s growth.
