We are on the hunt for a passionate and dynamic Live Music Booking Agent to join our growing team. Based in the heart of the capital, we specialise in bringing live music to a wide variety of venues across Londonfrom intimate bars to bustling live music hubs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a love for live music, great communication skills, and a flair for coordination and sales. Role Responsibilities: As a Booking Agent, youll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable live music experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and managing a diverse roster of talented artists for live music events across the city. Booking, scheduling, and coordinating live performances with venues and performers. Handling logistics, including venue selection and equipment setup. Acting as the primary contact for clientsfrom the initial booking through to the performance. Identifying and creating new performance opportunities that match our clients styles and goals. Managing contracts and ensuring all terms and conditions are fulfilled. Maintaining a detailed database of venues, artists, and clients to support future bookings. What We're Looking For: A strong knowledge of music genres and the ability to recognise what works where. Previous experience in an office settingparticularly in sales or phone-based rolesis a big plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsyoull be liaising with artists, venues, and clients daily. Strong computer literacy with good typing skills, social media savvy, and confident email communication. Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple bookings and deadlines.
