A day in the life of
As a Service Technician, no two days are quite the same but here are some of the ways youll roll out the red carpet:
1. Carry out upholstery repairs, adjustments, and maintenance in customer homes, stores, and Customer Distribution Centres (CDCs), ensuring every sofa meets our high-quality standards and agreed specifications.
2. Communicate clearly and professionally, without jargon, so customers understand whats happening and why. Keep them informed throughout the visit, helping them feel confident and involved every step of the way.
