Duties and responsibilities related to the Dim Sum Chefrole
1. Creating and following traditional recipes, while also being innovative with new dim sum creations.
2. Utilizing traditional Chinese cooking techniques, such as steaming, frying, and baking, specific to dim sum preparation.
3. Collaborating with the head chef and restaurant management to design and update the dim sum menu.
4. Managing the dim sum station and ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.
5. Introducing new dim sum items and seasonal specials to keep the menu exciting and diverse.
About you
Proven track record and experience in high-end Chinese cuisine is essential. Excellent knowledge of food trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
