People first culture where internal promotion and career progression opportunities are available The role: In this crucial Client Success Executive role you will work closely with clients to ensure they achieve great success with the platform by assisting with onboarding and training sessions Build a positive relationships by understanding customer requirements of the platform and ensuring they receive a great return of investment. Manage communications with customers by successfully offering help and pro-active support to clients As Client Success Executive, you will be the first point of contact for queries and ensure any product issues are escalated quickly as well as being the voice of the customer internally. About you: Minimum of a year of customer success experience - keen to progress a career in Customer Success Brilliant communication skills to build long lasting relationships An individual who is organised, ambitious and has excellent social skills Track record of working with customers across different environments and levels.
