Key Responsibilities
* Lead growth initiatives in collaboration with global and cross-functional teams.
* Execute Go-To-Market strategies and value-based selling to increase market share and penetration.
* Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline across all opportunity stages.
* Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, franchisees, distributors, and supply chain partners.
* Represent MFT at franchise operator events to build influence and drive sales.
* Strengthen distributor and Approved Service Agent (ASA) networks.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
* Share insights to support product development and innovation.
* Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Excellence teams to deliver projects and support product launches
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years in Key Account Management, ideally within the foodservice industry. Culinary training or familiarity with kitchen operations, food safety, and service standards is highly valued.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with solid planning and presentation abilities.
* Commercial acumen with a strong grasp of P&L and financial reporting to support decision-making.
* Adaptable and proactive mindset, with a resilient “hunter” mentality.
* Proven problem-solving skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on customer and market needs.
* Candidates must have the right to work in Australia without sponsorship.
