Leading the development and enhancement of reporting and visualization processes across digital channels. Build and manage a team to deliver scalable, modern reporting solutions that meet evolving business needs. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define KPIs, manage priorities, and ensure adherence to SLAs. Oversee reporting improvements, promote self-service and automation, and retire obsolete reports. Drive competency development within the Digital Analytics team by setting standards, defining processes, and establishing career frameworks. Ensure effective resource allocation, user training, and stakeholder engagement through demos and workshops.
What do I need?
* Extensive experience working directly with multiple senior stakeholders, effectively managing expectations, and prioritising work backlogs.
* A broad technical skill set with previous hands-on expertise in MI and Metadata tools, applying best practices, self-service, and automation strategies.
* Extensive experience in building and maintaining reliable and scalable MI and Metadata reporting and dashboards, with proficiency in Power BI.
* Significant experience working with web and app analytics data, including GA4 (Google Analytics 4).
* A strong track record of performing complex data analyses with large data volumes.
* Expertise in reporting and dashboarding.
* Working knowledge of Data Warehousing Design Methodologies, including dimensional modelling concepts. More experienced candidates will have experience in dimensional modelling and demonstrate proficiency in at least one scripting language.
* Extensive experience in adopting Agile methodologies, engaging and collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers.
* Extensive data and business intelligence experience within a complex enterprise organisation.
* More experienced candidates will have hands-on SQL experience and have performed at least one role where SQL skills were an integral part of their responsibilities
* Preferably degree qualified in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Information Systems, or any other related field. Preferably a Master’s Degree in one of the above; or else extensive relevant professional experience
