* Salary up to £46,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Duties of a Parts Manager
* Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the parts departments in Cardiff and Newport
* Oversee a team of 15‑20 Parts Advisors, Supervisors, and Delivery Drivers
* Develop a high‑performing team environment through mentoring, motivation, and guidance
* Organise van logistics and coordinate staffing levels efficiently
* Manage stock control to optimise availability while minimising costs
* Ensure accurate administrative processes and departmental reporting
* Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers and external partners
* Proactively grow trade and retail sales through exceptional customer service
* Support workshop and external customer parts requirements
* Monitor departmental performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements of a Parts Manager
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Parts Manager within the automotive industry
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Proficient in stock management software (experience with Keyloop/Kerridge preferred)
* Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused approach
* Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
* Ideally, experience within a commercial vehicle franchised dealership or with trucks and trailers
* Ability to work flexibly, adhering to the needs of the business
